The Bédier-Oudiné ZAC (joint development zone), in the south of the 13th arrondissement, comprises two neighborhoods: Chevaleret-Oudiné (to the north) and Bédier (to the south, bordering the ring road), both designated as priority neighborhoods under urban policy. Successive renovations and demolitions will generate vacancies and changes in use that need to be actively supported. The developer wants to implement several transitional urban planning measures to make the construction period more comfortable, confirm the appropriation of public spaces by neighborhood residents, meet the space needs of associations, and anticipate future changes. Alongside La Belle Friche, Plateau Urbain is identifying sites, both buildings and outdoor spaces, that can be temporarily activated, and is proposing a general strategy for the entire ZAC (joint development zone) based on the feasibility of each intervention.
