Plateau Urbain is inviting applications for temporary occupancy of a 2,700 m² building comprising office and workshop space. These premises, owned by Scor, are available for a period of 24 months from May 2023. Apply on the platform! These spaces are located in an office building in Cachan, close to the Arcueil Cachan RER B station and the Cachan market. In addition, a garden area will be shared between the occupants. It will be a place for socializing and sharing between the project leaders present on the site, with respect for the neighborhood so as not to create any potential nuisance. The 1,380 m² of office and workshop space offered in this call for applications is spread over five floors and a ground floor courtyard. The spaces are in very good condition and most of the offices/workshops are partitioned. There are also open-plan areas.
This call for applications is open to associations, artists, craftspeople, social and solidarity economy organizations, and start-ups.
The selection criteria are based not only on the quality of the project presented, but above all on the overall coherence of all the projects together. Applications will be selected on the basis of:
– The activity, depending on the possibilities for hosting and using the spaces;
– The applicants’ premises requirements (inability to access conventional real estate);
– The diversity of applications, in order to ensure a rich and open occupancy for all activities;
– Their willingness to contribute to a collective approach among occupants: sharing knowledge, pooling equipment, willingness to undertake joint projects;
– Their contribution to the area: projects aimed at local residents and employees, integration into local networks, urban, social, economic, and cultural impact on the neighborhood, etc.
