Plateau Urbain is calling for applications to invest in office and workshop space in the former AP-HP headquarters opposite Paris City Hall and join the Arches Citoyennes third place. Apply on the platform! As part of the “Réinventer Paris” call for projects, Plateau Urbain and its partners* have been awarded the management of two buildings with a total surface area of 30,000m² at the foot of Paris City Hall and a stone’s throw from Châtelet-Les Halles until June 2024. Plateau Urbain is making available business premises (offices, workshops, storage) ranging from 5 to 50 m². In addition to access to their premises, the selected project leaders will be able to benefit from shared spaces.
Plateau Urbain’s ambition is to offer workspaces to individuals or organizations excluded from the traditional real estate market, particularly for economic reasons. The call for applications is therefore open to associations, arts organizations, craft groups, cultural organizations, and social and solidarity economy organizations that are either in the process of launching their activities or are non-profit, as well as associations, arts organizations, craft groups, and ESUS companies in the Paris region whose business model does not allow them to access premises in central Paris.
For actors and projects from City Policy Neighborhoods (QPV), the rate is €10 per square meter per month. A 10m² office will therefore cost you €100 for one month. For actors and projects of an associative, artistic, craft, cultural, and social and solidarity economy nature based outside QPVs, the rate is €20 per square meter per month. Finally, we offer organizations with greater resources a support rate, for which you can find more details here.
