Located in a former textile factory, Espace Voltaire is a hub for artistic creation in the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement. Since 2019, the space has been home to offices and studios for artists, artisans, and cultural and educational organizations, as well as two shops/studios open to the neighborhood, a community restaurant, and a 300 m² event space dedicated to hosting exhibitions by tenants and private events. The property, recently acquired by Ivanhoé Cambridge, which has entrusted the redevelopment to Assembly as part of a close collaboration, will subsequently be completely restored and restructured to offer a new mixed-use complex combining housing, versatile workspaces, and retail outlets.
