A team made up of six divisions committed to making our cities more accessible and welcoming. A cooperative convinced that temporary occupation and transitional urban planning should be an opportunity to reinvent fairer city models.

We are always looking for new people to defend the right to the city and develop transitional urban planning throughout France. The development division

It oversees the cooperative's transitional activities, from prospecting to setting up project leaders. At the same time, the division carries out cross-functional work in advocacy, fundraising, and partnerships.

The operational division

This is Plateau Urbain's largest team! Site managers are responsible for the administrative and budgetary management of third places, but they also manage numerous projects and partnerships and work to build a community. Depending on the type of project, site managers may also be responsible for event management at the venue, as well as logistical and technical support.

The technical center

He is responsible for regulatory compliance and site safety. He oversees operations and manages the technical aspects of the setup until the site is closed.

The research division

He assists local authorities, property owners, and collectives in setting up their temporary occupancy, transitional urban planning, and third-place projects.

The support center

It brings together general functions that support operational activities. It assists employees in carrying out their tasks. Support functions include human resources management, finance, accounting, and information systems.

The communications division

Its mission is to promote the cooperative's actions in favor of transitional urbanism and the right to the city. It communicates on all projects carried out by the cooperative's other divisions.
